To request assistance from the Pine Country RC&D Council, please click here, print, then fill
out the form and forward it to the council office.  All proposals must have the endorsement of a council member.  The proposal is then submitted to the full council for discussion and approval.  If the board determines that the project is well conceived and will help achieve its rural development goals, the application will be approved.

Official approval of the project allows the RC&D Staff to work closely with the project sponsor to provide appropriate assistance and allows the Executive Board to provide various RC&D resources to complete the project.
